The Constitution of the Hmong Kingdom Chaofa State consist of the following:
Pursuit of Happiness and protection of the basic rights of Hmong Nation
Justice for all human rights and freedom and peace and democracy
Whereas we the Hmong Nation holds these truths to be self-evident, that all men, women, children, baby are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain Unalienable Rights.Among among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. The Bill of Rights, The Civil Rights, The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, The European Treaty Human Rights, The Geneva Convention on Human Rights, World Court for Justice and UNOP on The Human Rights.
