The Regime of Lao People's Democratic Republic Communist State Committed War Crimes Of Mass Genocide and Political Persecution against the Hmong Chaofa Nation, Indigenous People State. The Hmong Chaofa Nation is the Asian Region Northern Laos. Victims and Civilians were killed, 4.9 million from 1946-2020. The Hmong Chaofa Nation were Allied with the United States During Vietnam War, and Allied with the French during the Indochina War Era.
The State of urgent emergency needs humanitarian aids, peace and homeland security, self defense and democracy protection. The region urges the United States and the United Nations troops peacekeeping for the region.
